Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Perkinia, including its accounts, posts, clips, messages, memberships, purchases and downloads. By using Perkinia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and account security

Perkinia is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Perkinia, whether as a follower or a creator, and you must be legally able to agree to these terms. Creators must also meet the eligibility and verification requirements of their payment provider.

At sign-up you must enter your true date of birth and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the age and date of birth you provide. Providing a false age is a breach of these terms. Perkinia does not verify identity documents and is not responsible for any consequence of a user misrepresenting their age. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be suspended or terminated immediately, without refund.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity under your account and must not share access to paid content through your account.

3. Account types and creator responsibilities

Perkinia offers Private, Public and Creator accounts. Private accounts control follow approvals. Creator accounts are public and may offer paid memberships and content.

Creators must provide accurate payout bank details and complete any required Stripe Connect or Razorpay Route onboarding before receiving payments. Payment providers may require further identity, business or bank verification.

Creators are responsible for their content, membership descriptions, promised benefits, pricing, tax obligations and compliance with applicable law. Do not promise content or benefits you cannot provide.

4. Memberships and purchases

Creators may offer memberships lasting 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, with prices in US dollars (USD) or Indian rupees (INR). The price shown covers the selected membership period. Review the price, currency, duration and included benefits before paying.

Memberships grant access only to the content and tiers included in the offer. A separate paid post purchase grants access to that post, not to every post by its creator. Access depends on a successful payment and the continued availability of the content and your account.

Memberships are paid once for their stated duration and do not automatically renew. To continue after expiry, make a new purchase. Downloads are available only when the creator permits them; viewing access does not itself include download permission.

5. Payments and payouts

Payments and creator payouts may be processed by Stripe or Razorpay. Their terms, verification requirements and processing rules also apply. Availability depends on your location, currency and the creator's connected payout account.

You authorize the payment shown at checkout. Creators receive earnings subject to applicable platform charges, provider charges, payment disputes and settlement requirements. Perkinia does not guarantee a particular payout date or uninterrupted availability of any payment service.

6. Content ownership and permitted use

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have all necessary permissions, and grant Perkinia a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display and deliver it as needed to operate the platform.

Unless the creator expressly grants a different license, followers receive a personal, non-commercial right to view authorized content and download it only where permitted. Buying access does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Do not redistribute, resell, publicly share or bypass access controls on paid or private content. Do not remove attribution or use another person's work without permission.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Payments for memberships and individual content purchases are non-refundable.

You may stop using a membership at any time, but cancellation, non-use or account deletion does not provide a refund for the remaining period. Choosing not to purchase another membership prevents further access after the current period ends.

If a payment or access problem occurs, report it through the relevant payment provider's support process. Do not make fraudulent claims or misuse payment dispute procedures.

8. Files, apps and download safety

Perkinia supports images, videos, audio, documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, archives, APKs and other file formats. File availability does not mean Perkinia has verified, endorsed or guaranteed that file.

Creators are responsible for the safety, legality and accuracy of all uploaded files, including APKs and other executable software. Malware, spyware, credential theft and harmful code are prohibited.

Use caution when opening files or installing software. You are responsible for checking compatibility, permissions and device safety. Perkinia is not responsible for third-party files or damage resulting from their use, subject to applicable law.

9. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload or share child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, content that exploits minors, illegal material, copyright-infringing content, malware, scams, threats, targeted harassment or content promoting hatred or violence.

Do not disclose another person's private information without permission, spam users, manipulate engagement or payments, evade moderation, compromise accounts or interfere with platform security.

These rules apply to posts, clips, moments, profiles, comments, direct messages and group chats. Perkinia may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

10. Messaging and group chats

Be respectful in direct and group messages. Group administrators may manage the group name and image, add or remove members, appoint administrators or delete the group using the available controls.

Group administrator permissions do not override these terms. Do not share private conversations or another person's content without permission.

11. Copyright and content complaints

Upload only content you have the right to share. If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a notice to Perkinia identifying the work, the relevant content link, your contact details and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. Where applicable, copyright notices and counter-notices will be handled under the relevant legal process, including the DMCA.

Perkinia may remove disputed content, request further information or suspend repeat infringers. Do not submit knowingly false complaints.

12. Availability and disclaimers

Perkinia is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation or the accuracy, safety or suitability of creator content.

Creators and third-party services operate independently. Perkinia does not endorse every creator, file, external link or advertised product. Content or features may become unavailable because of technical issues, moderation, account closure or third-party service changes.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Perkinia at any time. Perkinia may restrict access, remove content or suspend or terminate an account for violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate, notice may be provided.

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations or rights and responsibilities that by their nature continue, including content ownership and restrictions on redistribution.

14. Changes and applicable law

Perkinia may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with its revision date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

Use of Perkinia remains subject to applicable law. These terms do not override rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
